ABOUT TRAINING & CAPACITY BUILDING CELL
Training & Capacity Building Cell is a foundational development unit under Indian Volunteers Trust responsible for strengthening the knowledge, skills, leadership abilities, and operational discipline of all members and teams. It ensures that volunteers, team leaders, prabharis, and experts function with clarity, professionalism, and accountability.
The Cell focuses on systematic learning and structured skill enhancement across all four pillars—Social, Religious, Art & Sports, and Business. It develops standardized training modules, leadership workshops, orientation programs, and performance improvement frameworks to ensure that the organization grows with competence and discipline.
